Ok - Now with that out of the way...
Here's what you'll need:
8 LARGE Shredded Wheat biscuits
1 large can (24 oz) of Sliced Peaches (need to dice) (I prefer unsweetened)
1 stick of butter
1/2 - 1 cup Brown Sugar (this may depend on what kind of peaches you get)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Chopped Pecans (optional)
Raisins (optional)
And a 9x13 Pyrex dish or other pan
Here's what you'll do:
Lay our your biscuits in the pan. |
Layer the peaches on top, and then our all of the juice from the can on top. |
Chop up the butter and spread it out on top. |
Spread out the Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Nutmeg |
Add Raisins & Pecans or any other toppings of choice. |
Bake in the oven 375d until the top is golden brown and all the butter is melted and juices absorbed (20-30 min) |
Serve immediately topped with the ever so wonderful Vanilla Ice Cream! (and enjoy) |
